The role involves leading the firm's global privacy program, operationalizing data protection requirements, and conducting privacy impact assessments across multiple jurisdictions. The incumbent will also collaborate with legal, security, and IT teams to ensure compliance and support the responsible adoption of AI technologies. Candidates must have 7 to 10 years of professional experience in privacy, compliance, or information governance. Strong practical knowledge of international privacy laws such as PIPEDA, GDPR, and POPIA is required, along with excellent communication skills.
