About Brucejack Our Brucejack Gold Mine, a high-grade underground mine in beautiful northern British Columbia, is located approximately 65 kilometres north of Stewart. Brucejack is a fly-in/fly-out operation with pick-up points across Western Canada, making it easy for people from different places to join us. We work closely with local First Nations communities including the Nisga’a, Tahltan, Gitanyow, and Gitxsan, to build respectful partnerships and celebrate our shared community. Your Impact Help keep site buildings, camp facilities, and related equipment safe, functional, and well maintained. You'll support a safe and efficient operation by completing general carpentry, basic plumbing repairs, renovations, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep while maintaining a strong commitment to health and safety. As Part of the Team Perform carpentry work including repairs, renovations, installations, and general maintenance. Complete basic plumbing tasks such as repairing leaks, clearing clogs, replacing fixtures, and supporting plumbing installations. Assist with material staging, inventory management, and maintenance planning. Maintain buildings, camp accommodations, and facility infrastructure in safe working condition. Follow all health, safety, environmental, and site procedures. Prerequisites Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role. Valid driver's license. Strong communication and teamwork skills. WHMIS certification and TDG certification are considered assets. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a physically demanding environment. Work Environment Remote camp-based mining operation. 13 days on / 13 days off rotation, plus travel days. 12-hour shifts in varying weather conditions. Collaborative team environment with shared camp accommodations and amenities. Pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol testing required. The expected salary range for this role is $54.21/hr. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience.
