Responsibilities As a Salon Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating an incredible guest experience while supporting our stylists. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests and helping create a warm, friendly atmosphere Performing relaxing shampoos and scalp massages Blow-drying guests after colour services Applying toners and conditioning treatments under stylist guidance Keeping the salon clean, organized, and running smoothly Preparing stations and supporting the team throughout the day Learning professional salon systems and guest service standards Please note: This position does not include haircutting or colour application and is not a hairstylist apprenticeship. It is a specialized support role focused on guest care and salon operations.
