Oversee daily operations of a store department to meet sales and profitability goals while managing inventory and merchandising standards. Lead, coach, and develop associates to improve productivity and ensure a high level of customer service. Requires a high school diploma and previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental setting. Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
