Lead, coach, and develop associates to improve productivity and ensure a high level of customer service. Requires a high school diploma and previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental setting. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, basic computer proficiency, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
